Combine Phase A, B, and C ingredients and heat to 80-85°C.
Disperse pigments in Phase D and carefully add this to Phase A/B/C in a closed, inerted container.
Continue mixing until homogeneous then pour into suitable stick molds/ containers.
Allow sticks to cool to room temperature.
